IMPACT is a multimedia solo monologue with music - an exploration of compassion, grief, art and human kindness. Initially developed at the National Winter Playwrights Retreat, IMPACT’s first iteration - a live-capture during lockdown - was co-produced by the cell theatre NYC and Michigan's Playhouse at White Lake. The live version of IMPACT was incubated at the cell, directed by Kira Simring and presented at Emerging Artists Theatre’s New Works Festival (NYC 2022), Bethany Arts (NY), Namba Arts (Ventura, CA), Fanatic Salon (Los Angeles, 2023), the National Women’s Theatre Festival (Raleigh, NC 2023) where the show won the Jury Prize for Best Music/Score, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

During her 14 years as a vocalist/primary writer/arranger with Grammy Noms The Bobs, Amy spearheaded the development of the Bobs/Flying Karamazov Brothers collaboration, A COMEDY OF ERAS at ACT Seattle.

Her short Gothic horror play, THE WOODS OF EXETER premiered in July 2022 at the Secret Theatre in NYC, and TRIPTYCH, her trio of 10-minute musicals set on the M42 Crosstown Bus, was commissioned by the NY Museum of Transit for its PLATFORM Series.

For Seattle’s CenterStage, Amy wrote lyrics for commissioned adaptations of Carl Sagan's CONTACT with Hungarian rocker Peter Sipos (2009 Best New Play, Theater Puget Sound) and NICHOLAS NICKLEBY with electric violinist Eyvind Kang. Amy has been honored by the Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) with the Dottie Burman Award for Songwriting and multiple MAC Award nominations for songwriting. Residencies include the Nautilus Composer/Librettist Studio (2016), National Winter Playwrights Retreat (2020), Bethany Arts Community (2021) and the Creative Center of Iceland (2023). Amy was one of 10 Semi-Finalists for the Billie Burke Ziegfeld Award for musical theatre composer/lyricists.

Amy was co-creator and Artistic Producer of TUNE IN TIME, New York City's Musical Theater Game Show at the York Theater Company (“The BMI writers workshop on steroids...musical theater, cerebral fun and games pushed to 11… a joyous, hilarious romp.” - Stage Buddy).

A creative consultant on Ashley Brown’s (Broadway’s Mary Poppins) PBS concert special CALL ME IRRESPONSIBLE (2011 Telly Award for Outstanding PBS Programming), Amy was also Musical Director/Arranger for multiple MAC-Award winner Terese Genecco's DRUNK WITH LOVE: A Tribute to Frances Faye at San Francisco's New Conservatory Theater.
